Ady Dike
Biography
Ady Dike was appointed to the Agency Board in February 2021. She is an enterprise agile architect and coach who supports leaders to align and execute strategy in line with organisational goals. Ady has over two decades’ experience in strategic, operational and portfolio management.
Ady has a track record of delivering organisational change and overseeing high value programmes of work in the digital and data space. Her other current appointments include:
- Trustee, MS Society
- Trustee, Parkinson’s Africa
- Non-Executive Director, Agile Practitioners of Nigeria
Her earlier roles include Director of Quality at Addaction and Head of Governance in the NHS at Newham and Barking CCGs.
