Adam Drury

Biography

Adam Drury arrived in Kigali in 2020 and became Deputy High Commissioner in 2022. He has previously been posted to Nigeria, where he worked on conflict and security issues.

Adam joined the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in 2010 and has worked on a range of international political and development issues, from UN peacekeeping reform to tackling serious and organised crime. His most recent role before Rwanda was in the Africa Regional Department, supporting UK missions across the continent on anti-corruption, governance and security.

Adam lives in Kigali with his wife and their 2 children.
