Milk Development Council
The MDC was the levy board for milk production in Great Britain. The income generated by the levy was used to improve competitiveness and profitability of the British dairy industry. It was replaced by a new levy board, DairyCo in 2008 which is a subsiduary company of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board.
