Make a complaint about HM Prison and Probation Service
Make a complaint about the Prison Service, Probation Service or your experience of a HMPPS service.
If your complaint involves both the Prison Service and the Probation Service, you must submit a separate complaint to each service.
Choose the option that best matches your complaint:
- Prison Service complaints – if you are a prisoner, member of the public or someone who has had contact with a prison and your complaint is about the Prison Service
- Probation Service complaints – if you are under Probation Service supervision or a member of the public, and your complaint is about the Probation Service
