Complaints procedure

How to make a complaint about the Copyright Tribunal’s service.

Write to the secretary explaining how we didn’t give you an appropriate service, and include:

  • the area of the Copyright Tribunal to which your complaint refers, and a contact name (if you have one)
  • information on whether it’s an original complaint or a follow-up to a reply you weren’t satisfied with
  • a clear description of the complaint and what you’d like us to do to sort things out
  • your full postal address, phone number and email address

The secretary will respond to any questions or complaints you have.
