Complaints procedure
Building Digital UK (BDUK) became part of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) in November 2025 and now follows the department's complaints procedure.

All other correspondence for the attention of BDUK should be sent to correspondence@dsit.gov.uk and we will aim to provide a response within 20 working days.
