The six leading British universities attending the roadshow between 24-30 October are all world-renowned research-intensive institutions. Each university offers excellent learning and teaching facilities and courses with content that has been informed by the latest developments in research. Studying a degree programme at one of these universities will help students to develop their subject-specific knowledge and also their proficiency in English. Students will also gain an internationally recognised qualification and prepare for future work. All of the universities represented are located either in London or in some of England’s most important cities, with convenient transport links to London and other parts of the country. The universities represented are:

  • Goldsmiths, University of London
  • University College London
  • University of Leeds
  • University of Nottingham
  • University of Sheffield
  • University of Southampton

The group will be visiting the cities of Santiago, Valparaíso, Concepción and Valdivia between 24–30 October. In Santiago, the roadshow will take place on Saturday 26 October from 4.00pm to 8.00pm at the Sala Matte, Centro de Extensión Universidad Católica, Avenida Bernardo O’Higgins 390.

During the GREAT universities roadshow students will be able to find out about the comprehensive range of subject areas available at each institution, which can be studied at undergraduate or postgraduate level, as well as research specialisations. They can also find out about study abroad opportunities, language courses, the cost of studying in Britain and any scholarships which may be available to you.

To learn more about the study opportunities available in the UK students are invited to come to talk to the university representatives during the GREAT universities roadshow.
