Undulate Ray survey – VII d

The European Commission granted the UK and other Member States quota for undulate ray in 2017 in some areas.

Brixham fishing harbour, Torbay, boats and deep-sea

The UK quota for ICES area VIId has been set at 3 tonnes, which will be used for scientific research.

Undulate Ray caught in this area are under restrictive management and vessels involved in the survey will be required to complete a log-sheet and follow certain conditions while operating under dispensation.

Quota is limited for this survey, therefore, if you would like to be considered to take part please contact the Marine Management Organisation by 5pm on 14 February 2017.
