The company, which employs 3300 people across five offices in Glasgow, Darlington and Llandudno Junction, achieved Silver IIP Standard after being assessed against a number of themes and indicators relating to people management and staff development. Assessment was carried out through a combination of surveys, interviews, meetings and observations across each the company’s sites.
