Smarter Working Live Awards 2024

Entries are now open for the 2024 Smarter Working Live Awards, celebrating innovation, collaboration and excellence in workplaces across the public sector.

The Government Property Agency (GPA) has teamed up once again with GovNews to host the Smarter Working Live Awards 2024, showcasing the great work undertaken across the public sector to develop and sustain smarter working practices.

Now in its fourth year, the awards ceremony highlights 16 areas of excellence including five new categories celebrating digital inclusion, user experience, innovation as a service, smarter workflows and customer experience.

Entries are independently judged by experts in the field, with previous winners demonstrating outstanding examples of smarter working and positive change. See the full list of categories and award criteria on the Smarter Working Live website.

Applications are welcome from across the UK public sector and are to be submitted through the website before the deadline of Friday 17 May 2024.

The Awards ceremony will take place in Birmingham in November 2024 as part of a renewed three year partnership between the GPA and GovNews, which also includes the annual Smarter Working Live Conference, due to take place in September.

Alongside this partnership, the GPA continues its commitment to championing smarter working across the public sector and has recently launched a new suite of Civil Service Learning short courses, whilst its thriving community of practice continues to grow.
