Patents opinion service: update
The government has published its response to the patents opinions service which closed on 4 September 2012.
On 12 June 2012, Baroness Wilcox, the Minister for Intellectual Property, launched a government consultation (PDF, 934KB). This consultation sought views on the proposals to expand the Intellectual Property Office’s patents opinions service.
