ODP launch the profession’s very own recognition awards.
In 2020, more than ever, ODP colleagues have excelled themselves in maintaining the vital public services that keep our country running even when faced with the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s time to recognise, celebrate and reward those stars in ODP who have truly shone this year.
Now is your chance to nominate a manager, team or colleague whose exceptional performance in the last twelve months has made a real difference to the lives of others.
This could be as a result of a project they’ve done in their job or something outside of work, such as charitable activity.
There are eight different award categories, so if you know a team or person who truly deserves an award for their achievements this year, nominate them!
Finally, a special award will be chosen by Peter Schofield the Head of Profession from all shortlisted categories which embodies what it means to be an Operational Delivery Colleague.
