NMRO telephone lines are not working

Details on how to contact NMRO whilst there is a telephone line fault.

No longer relevant as telephone lines now working again.

The National Measurement and Regulation Office (NMRO) has a telephone line fault that is preventing NMRO from receiving external calls. However, the fault is not affecting email or online transactions. The following methods for staying in contact with NMRO during this period are as follows:

• contact a member of staff by email
• submit an enquiry to the Enforcement team which includes heat metering
• apply for Certification Services

NMRO is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to have telephone lines working again as soon as possible.
