New changes to our visa service in East Jerusalem
From 01 April 2014, Teleperformance Ltd will take over the running of our Visa Application Centres in East Jerusalem.
From 01 April 2014 our new commercial partner Teleperformance Ltd will take over the running of our Visa Application Centres in East Jerusalem. The Visa Application Centre in East Jerusalem will move to:
American Colony Hotel [1 Louis Vincent Street, Jerusalem, Israel 97200]
The Opening date for the Visa application centre will be 31st March 2014.
In addition we are making the following changes to the visa service that we offer. These changes are as follows:
- There will be changes to the opening hours of operation. These will be from 09:00am to 1:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- Applications will be processed by UK Visas and Immigration at the Amman hub and there will be no changes to our customer service processing times.
We will work closely with our Commercial Partners to ensure continuity of service during the transition period.
