Gambia Armed Forces completes UNPKO training course

Tuesday 2 April saw the presentation of Certificates by David Morley, British High Commissioner, to the participants of the latest UNPKO training course delivered by a British STTT for members of the Gambian Armed Forces (GAF) who will shortly deploy to Darfur in Sierra Leone as part of the UNAMID Operation. Five Officers and 200 men and women of the GAF successfully completed the training course, which was delivered by the GAF’s own instructors in partnership with the STTT, made up of elements of the Royal Gibraltar Regiment (RGR).
