DAC Beachcroft LLP is a law firm formed from the merger of two British firms with strong international presence, Davies Arnold Cooper and Beachcroft. The latter is considered the oldest law firm of Great Britain which last November celebrated 250 years of existence.
In its process of expansion to Latin America DAC Beachcroft has established local offices in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Chile, becoming the first European firm to constitute in Chile. The firm’s activities are focused on corporate, real estate, commercial and insurance law; all specialties in which they have a solid reputation among the global reinsurance market. DAC Beachcroft LLP is a member of Harmonie Group, a network of law firms in the United States whose members join by invitation after a strict selection process.
The DAC Beachcroft office in Santiago, led by Sergio Arellano Iturriaga, has as partners Andrés Amunátegui Echeverría, Guillermo Amunátegui Errázuriz and a team of lawyers from different specialty areas.
The official presentation of the Chilean headquarters was held at the Residence of the British Embassy on Monday July 8 and was attended by the Lord Mayor of London Roger Gifford, as well as relevant businesspeople and Embassy contacts.
