Delays in processing UK visa applications from Sylhet
Public strikes and blockades are disrupting the service for UK visa applications made in Sylhet, Bangladesh
The continuing public unrest is preventing us from processing UK visa applications from our Sylhet Visa Application Centre (VAC) as quickly as we would like. This is due to delays beyond our control in transporting applications between Sylhet and the British High Commission in Dhaka. We will, as ever, continue processing all applications as quickly as possible once we have received them, and would ask for your patience during the current situation.
