Death of former Prime Minister Lady Thatcher
We should pay our respects to Britain's first female Prime Minister the Secretary of State for Scotland has said.
The Secretary of State for Scotland made a statement following the death of Lady Thatcher.
Michael Moore said:
“Over the next few weeks there will be time to debate Baroness Thatcher’s legacy and there is no escaping the broad range of opinion of her political legacy in Scotland. Right now we rightly pay our respects to Britain’s first female Prime Minister and at this particular time my thoughts are with her family and friends.’
