Commemoration of the 2005 Bali Bombing – Monday 1 October

The British Consulate Bali will commemorate the anniversary of the 2005 Bali Bombing on Monday 1 October. Members of the public who wish to attend may access the memorial garden anytime between 10am and 12pm for private reflection and remembrance. Flowers and candles will be available. The Consulate will provide a memorial book for visitors to mark the anniversary. For security reasons, all guests wishing to attend the event will be required to show photographic identification before entering the Consulate.

Commemoration of the 2002 Bali Bombing – Friday 12 October

The British Consulate Bali will also commemorate the anniversary of the 2002 Bali bombing on Friday 12 October. Members of the public who wish to attend may access the memorial garden between 8am and 4pm for private reflection and remembrance. Flowers and candles will be available. The Consulate will provide a memorial book for visitors to mark the anniversary. For security reasons, all guests wishing to attend the event will be required to show photographic identification before entering the Consulate.

Isana Dewata Foundation Memorial Service – Friday 12 October

The Isana Dewata Foundation (a not-for-profit organisation established by families of victims of the bombing) will host a memorial service at Ground Zero, Legian. Those wishing to attend this service are advised to check this website for further details.
