Changes to UK visa payment in OPTs
All applications for a UK visa made in Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza must be completed and paid for online in US Dollars from 16/12/2013.
From 16th December, 2013 all applications for a UK visa must be completed using our online application system and paid for online in US Dollars before going to the visa application centre in Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza (OPT) to submit a printed copy of the application form and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph).
As part of this process, UKBA will only be able to accept online payments made in US Dollars from Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza (OPT). Applicants will be able to pay online using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards. Applicants will need to ensure that they have sufficient funds on the payment card or e-wallet before attempting application and payment.
Current arrangements to submit applications at the visa application centre will remain until further notice.
