This service will allow customers to book their appointments from the comfort of their own homes at any time of the day and receive immediate confirmation. Customers still can come without appointment during March .However from the 01st of April 2014 customers will be required to book their Appointments online in advance .
The aim of this initiative is to provide more timely consular services to our customers, preventing them from having to spend lengthy periods of time at the Consular Section. Customers who have an appointment will be seen at that time, and receive the service which they require immediately.

Until now consular legalisation, notarial and documentary services have been carried out on an ad hoc basis. Customers arrive at the British Embassy during our public opening hours, and may have to wait some in order to complete the service that they require. Now to make things easier for all our customers we are introducing an appointment system. Appointments can be made on-line, and then you just arrive at the Embassy at your allocated time.

The registration part is extremely straightforward as only an email address and contact phone number is required. Then it is just a case of choosing the service required, clicking on the available day and time and clicking send. The confirmation email will come immediately and a reminder will be sent out at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Customers can even save their appointment on their outlook calendar to keep things organised.

Type in on your browser:
Select the service you require
Select a date from the calendar (available days are shaded in green) or click on “next available” and then select a time.
To register as a new user, enter your details (name, email address and telephone number) on “New Customer Registration Form”. You only need to register once. [For future appointments use “Customer sign-in” and enter your email address and the password you used when registering for the first time.]
Once your appointment has been booked, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address with an event calendar attachment to save the date on your outlook calendar or on your mobile phone (the latter will apply if you open the booking confirmation email on your mobile).
