In this free seminar former offender and entrepreneur Jacob shared his journey from prisoner to becoming Managing Director of his own agency. During his talk Jacob discussed his mission to reduce reoffending and make society safer and we heard from an ex-service user who Jacob has helped to stop re-offending and turn his life around.
Jacob also discussed the trials and tribulations of setting up and running a criminal justice social enterprise using a sustainable and commercially viable business model.
