Torsten Bell was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for HM Treasury and the Department for Work and Pensions on 22 July 2026.
He was previously Parliamentary Secretary in HM Treasury and Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department for Work and Pensions between 14 January 2025 and 22 July 2026.
He was elected as the MP for Swansea West in July 2024.
