Unity Business Services (UBS)
Unity Business Services (UBS) are responsible for providing a high-quality customer focused service that helps over 80,000 civil servants across HMRC, the Department of Transport (DfT) and their executive agencies complete their day-to-day HR, recruitment, finance and procurement tasks.
This service is due to be extended to the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) by the end of 2029 and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency in 2030, creating a fully unified service across departments that will make it easier for colleagues to spend more time on the work that makes a difference and transform the way over 100,000 civil servants work together.
