Unity Business Services (UBS)
Unity Business Services (UBS) are responsible for providing a high-quality customer focused service that helps over 80,000 civil servants across HMRC, the Department of Transport (DfT) and their executive agencies complete their day-to-day HR, recruitment, finance and procurement tasks.
This service is due to be extended to the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) by 2028 creating a fully unified service across departments that will make it easier for colleagues to spend more time on the work that makes a difference and transform the way over 100,000 civil servants work together.
