The Joint Administrative Committee on Social Security Coordination is a joint forum between the UK and Switzerland. It helps monitor the implementation and ensure the proper functioning of the Convention on Social Security Coordination.
The Convention on Social Security Coordination was provisionally applied in both the UK and Switzerland from 1 November 2021 following the UK’s exit from the EU. It fully entered into force on 1 October 2023.
