Specialised Committee on Intellectual Property
This Specialised Committee monitors the implementation and functioning of the Intellectual Property Title in the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
The Specialised Committee on Intellectual Property is a joint forum between the UK and the EU. This Committee oversees the majority of the provisions agreed between the UK and EU in the Intellectual Property title (Title V) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
The Specialised Committee on Intellectual Property is a forum for the parties to monitor and review the implementation of the title, ensure its proper functioning, hold technical discussions and exchange information.
