The Specialised Committee on Energy is a joint forum between the UK and the EU. This Committee oversees the majority of the provisions agreed between the UK and EU in the energy title (Title VIII) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
The Specialised Committee on Energy is a forum for the parties to monitor and review the implementation of the title, ensure its proper functioning, hold technical discussions and exchange information.
