The Independent Trust Financing Facility (ITFF) is no longer accepting new applications.

The ITFF was set up to give independent, professional advice to the Secretary of State. It gave advice about financial assistance provided to foundation trusts and NHS trusts in the normal course of business. It also advised on where financial assistance was needed for sustainability as part of a recovery process.
