Hospitality Sector Council
The Hospitality Sector Council is a collaboration between government and the hospitality sector, which aims to co-create solutions and to support the delivery of the hospitality strategy.
Role of the group
The Hospitality Sector Council is made up of experts who represent a cross-section of the sector. It facilitates co-operation between government and industry to support the resilience and growth of the hospitality sector.
Co-chaired by Jane O’Riordan and the Minister for Hospitality, Kate Dearden, the council:
- provides a forum for discussion of strategic issues
- identifies priorities for action
- works with government and industry partners to develop and oversee solutions to challenges facing the sector
