The Interministerial Group for Work and Pensions is a forum for the UK Government and Welsh Government to discuss matters relating to employment, disability, social security, child maintenance and pensions.
The group meets twice a year, with the option to meet more or less often, if needed.

The members of the group are:
- the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, HM Government
- the Minister for Social Justice and Chief Whip, Welsh Government
Other ministers may be invited, depending on the agenda.
