The Clean Power 2030 Advisory Commission helps accelerate the UK's mission to decarbonise the electricity grid.
The Commission supports Chris Stark, Head of Mission Control, to deliver the Clean Power 2030 Action Plan.

Cathy is the Managing Director of the Distribution System Operator at National Grid Distribution, formally Commercial Director at NESO and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. She offers extensive expertise in flexibility and markets.
Cathy is the Flexibility Commissioner, meeting a government commitment in the Clean Flexibility Roadmap to establish stronger leadership structures for clean flexibility.
