Consultation description

The Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act states that anyone conducting the business of consultant lobbying must join the Register of Consultant Lobbyists.

The Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists has a duty to monitor compliance in line with these requirements. This consultation seeks the views of stakeholders about policy on compliance. The Registrar will issue compliance policy in summer 2015.
