Consultation description

As part of the government’s mission to support innovation and economic growth, the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has committed to reduce the complexity and burden of regulation. In particular, they commit to cut administrative costs for business by 25% by the end of the Parliament. As part of this consultation ORR sought views from stakeholders on how they could achieve this for London St. Pancras Highspeed.
