Apply for an electric vehicle chargepoint grant for your workplace

Use this service to apply for help with the cost of buying and installing electric vehicle (EV) chargepoints at your workplace.

You can get up to 75% of the total cost up to a maximum of:

  • £350 for each socket
  • 40 sockets across all sites – for example, if you’re installing chargepoint sockets at 40 sites, you can get help to pay for 1 socket at each site

There is a different grant for state-funded education institutions.

Eligibility

You can usually apply if you run a:

  • business, including a small accommodation business
  • charity
  • public sector organisation

Your organisation must be based in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
