To swear affirmation/affidavit:

• make an appointment at the embassy in Rabat, or at the British Honorary Consulate in Marrakech
• complete the affirmation or affidavit form in black pen, either at home or at the Embassy - make sure there are no errors
• do not sign the affirmation or affidavit form
