Propose a change to the Service Manual

This form is for government staff to propose a change to the Service Manual.

How we prioritise changes

We consider Service Manual changes against these criteria:

  • How well it reflects good practice
  • How time consuming it is to work on and deliver

We may also ask you to provide:

  • the names of people who sponsor your change request
  • evidence to support the need for the change
  • evidence that the change has consensus
  • evidence that the change is deliverable

Your identity

We ask for your contact details which must include:

  • a government or public sector email address
  • your job title
  • details of the change you are proposing

We will verify that you’re government staff and reply to you.

To save time, please give us as much information on the form so that we do not have to spend more time finding out details.
