Sign into the Rural Payments service and follow the onscreen Help.

If you’ve sent an RLE1 form to RPA to transfer land or entitlements to be used in 2020 but the transfer hasn’t yet been completed, you can still make the transfer using the Rural Payments service.

You can transfer BPS entitlements for 2020 until 15 May and transfer land parcels until 15 June.

The RLE1 guidance applies for 2020.
