The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Keltbray Built Environment Limited.

This is a new bespoke deposit for recovery permit application. Keltbray Built Environment Limited proposes the deposit to land of the existing 14,000m3 of stabilised waste materials (List of Waste code 19 13 02) retained on site from a previous occupier, as well as an additional 12,000m3 of imported waste materials (List of Waste codes 17 05 04 and 19 12 12) to construct a platform for the subsequent development of residential properties at the site.
