Imports of certain tungsten electrodes from the People’s Republic of China (Anti-Dumping Duty 2346)

Continuation of Anti-Dumping Duty, on imports of certain tungsten electrodes, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission has advised by Commission Regulation (EU) No 2019/1267, OJ ref L200, that following an expiry review, the Anti-Dumping measures which are currently in force on the product will continue unchanged, for a further 5 years:
- imports of tungsten welding electrodes
- including tungsten bars & rods for welding electrodes
- containing 94% or more by weight of tungsten
- other than those obtained simply by sintering
- whether or not cut to length
This regulation takes effect from 30 July 2019.
The product concerned is classified within the following commodity codes:
- 8101 9910 10
- 8515 9080 10
