Following an expiry review, the Commission has advised by Regulation No 2019/1996, OJ L L310, that the Anti-Dumping Duty will continue unchanged for a further 5 years on certain sweetcorn in kernels, prepared or preserved by vinegar or acetic acid, not frozen, originating in Thailand.
This regulation takes effect on 3 December 2019.
The product concerned is classified within the following commodity codes:
- 2001 9030 10
- 2005 8000 10
New exporters may apply to benefit from the weighted average Anti-Dumping Duty rate provided that they meet the conditions (see regulation for details).
