Terminating the anti-dumping investigation, concerning imports of pins and staples, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission has announced in Decision 2020/1202 OJ ref L269 that following the withdrawal of the complaint, the investigation concerning the dumping of certain pins and staples, originating in the People’s Republic of China has been terminated without measures.
This Decision investigation takes effect from 18 August 2020.
