The product has been identified as presenting a risk of injuries as during the folding process, the seat tubing moves relative to other components of the frame with a scissor-like action without a 12mm clearance, meaning a child could crush their fingers and injure themselves if folding the product. The product also requires improvements to labelling and instructions.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users. Owners should stop using the product immediately and return it to L&R Intertrading Ltd, 11 Regal Lane, Soham, Ely, Cambridgeshire, CB7. 5BA, including proof of purchase and order ID to receive a full refund. All owners have been contacted. by L&R Intertrading Ltd.
