This document is produced by the Panel of Technical Experts to provide independent scrutiny of the analysis in National Grid ESO’s annual Electricity Capacity Report, and assist the DESNZ Secretary of State to set the parameters for the Capacity Market auctions for delivery years 2024 to 2025 and 2027 to 2028.
