Initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of iron or steel fasteners, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The Commission has announced in the Official Journal ref. 2020/442/06 dated 21 December 2020, the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of iron or steel fasteners, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
1. Products affected
Product under investigation:
- fasteners of iron or steel
- other than of stainless steel
- for example, wood screws (excluding)
- self-tapping screws
- other screws and bolts with heads (whether or not with their nuts or washers), and washers
2. Products not affected
Excluded products:
- coach screws
- screws and bolts for fixing railway track construction material
