The Commission has announced in the Official Journal ref. 2020/C342/02 dated 14 October 2020, the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of birch plywood originating in Russia.
1. Products affected
Product description:
- birch plywood
- plywood consisting solely of sheets of wood
- each ply not exceeding 6 mm thickness
- with outer plies of wood specified under subheading 4412 33
- whether or not coated
The product under investigation is currently classified within TARIC code 4412 3300 10.
This investigation could result in provisional anti-dumping duty being imposed within 7 to 8 months and definitive anti-dumping duty in 13 to 14 months.
