This form can be used where:

  • the company is registered in England or Wales
  • the main insolvency proceedings are in another member state (not UK)
  • the office holder is giving an undertaking to creditors in the UK
  • you need to avoid proceedings being opened in the UK

This form can only be used for insolvency proceedings which began before 31 December 2020.
