The following companies have amended their advertising following MHRA action on complaints to ensure that Prescription-Only Medicines (including for use outside the terms of their licensed indication[s]) are not promoted to the public, and/or that factual statements about medicines are not misleading:

  • Dr K’s Clinic Ltd (aesthetics service)
  • Elle Jay Aesthetics Ltd t/a Elle Jay Aesthetics (aesthetics and hayfever services)
  • Norfolk Health and Joint Care (hayfever and joint-care services)
  • Pure Perfection Clinic Ltd (aesthetics service)
  • Rutland Private Clinic t/a Rutland Clinic (hayfever service)

The list relates to specific advertising action taken on a particular date and is no endorsement of the ongoing practices of the website.
