Abstract
The report looks first at the context for business environment reforms in Punjab. It then analyses the current state of public-private dialogue (PPD), identifies and assesses the primary risks to an online PPD platform and recommends actions to mitigate these risks. It details a phased approach that integrates the online feedback mechanism into the PPD structures now in place in Punjab and concludes by providing the technological solution needed to bring the Online Feedback Mechanism in Punjab to life.
