Abstract

This report presents a novel analysis of investments made in 2011 and estimates future funding needs until 2022 for malaria research pertinent to the elimination and eradication agenda. Also for the first time, costs in operational research and mathematical modelling, both research areas which will help maximise the impact of R&D, are presented here.
