Abstract

The Ministry of Transport wished to ensure full ownership and implementation of the RTS strategy recommendations. The objective of this project was to raise awareness of the RTS among the stakeholders, and establish an enabling environment for the implementation of the RTS recommendations. This report provides recommendations for the implementation of the RTS, and recounts the experience of the national dissemination campaign. Appendices include the brochure and website developed for the RTS.
